TalkingSuites runs real servers, networks and storage for many organizations. This policy lists what you may not do with them, so the platform stays safe for everyone. It is part of our terms of service.
You may not use TalkingSuites to
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Store, run or distribute malware, or anything designed to damage, disable or take over other people’s systems.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run open relays or open proxies that others can abuse.
- Phish, impersonate others, or collect other people’s credentials or personal data without their permission.
- Attack, scan, probe or flood other networks or systems — including denial-of-service attacks — unless you own them or have written permission to test them.
- Host or distribute content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence against people, or harasses or threatens anyone.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Mine cryptocurrency, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Resell the service, or run it as a hosting service for others, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
You may not misuse the platform itself
- Try to reach resources of another organization, or get around the isolation between organizations.
- Try to get around limits, permissions, approvals, billing or the review of what will run.
- Test the platform’s security without our permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it through our security page instead.
- Interfere with the platform’s own access to your servers in a way that stops it from operating or billing them, or use the service in a way that harms its reliability for others.
Reporting abuse
If you believe something on TalkingSuites is breaking this policy, write to [email protected] with what you saw, where, and when. Security vulnerabilities go to the address on our security page.
What happens when something breaks the rules
We look into every report. Depending on how serious and urgent it is, we may ask you to fix the problem, stop or remove the resource concerned, restrict your organization, or suspend your account. We usually tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; when something is causing serious harm to people, networks or the platform, we act at once and tell you afterwards. Repeated or severe breaches can end the agreement, as our terms describe.
