/pricing

Pay for what runs. Nothing else.

No platform fee and no price per seat. Everything that runs is quoted per month and charged for the hours it exists — the monthly price ÷ 672 an hour, never more than the monthly price. AI runs on credits you buy first, so it is never billed after the fact.

/usage

What each thing costs, and how it is counted.

Every resource carries its own price, and every price is shown in the app before you create anything. This is how each one is billed.

ServersEach size has a monthly price. Charged for the hours the server exists — the monthly price ÷ 672 an hour — and never more than the monthly price. A stopped server keeps its disk and address, so it is still charged.per size, shown before you create one
Server backupsA share of the server’s own price, for the hours backups are on.20% weekly · 30% daily
SnapshotsPer GB-month of the space a snapshot occupies, by the hour it exists — also after its server is deleted.shown before you take one
Object storageStored data per GB-month — each day’s peak, divided by 30 — plus writes and reads per million. No monthly price per bucket.shown before you create a bucket
Downloads from bucketsThere is no bandwidth rate on a bucket.free
Outbound trafficEach server earns its size’s transfer allowance while it runs; allowances are pooled across your servers. Only traffic beyond the whole pool is charged, per GB, worked out on the whole month.shown in Usage from the first byte
Inbound and private trafficTraffic into your servers, and between them on the private network.free
Priority support4-hour first response, shared Slack channel — an add-on, charged by the hour it is on.$99 a month
Extended audit retentionKeep the audit log for 7 years — an add-on, charged by the hour it is on.$49 a month
Connected serverPlatform fee for a server you bring, charged by the hour it is connected.$5 a month
Coding sandboxIsolated sandbox time for coding agents, metered.$0.05 an hour

/ai-credits

AI on credits you buy first. Never billed after the fact.

Model calls cost money the moment they are made, so the assistant and your agents run on prepaid credits: a pack, any amount from $5 to $1,000, or an automatic top-up when the balance runs low.

  • $5 of welcome credits for every new organization.
  • Credits you buy never expire.
  • When credits run out, calls are refused — never charged later.
  • Credits pay for the assistant and your agents — every call priced as it is made.
  • $10$10 of credits
  • $25$25 of credits
  • $100$105 of credits+5%
  • $500$550 of credits+10%
  • Any amount$5 – $1,000, or automatic top-up

/billing

How billing works. No surprises on the first.

  • One invoice a month

Calendar months in UTC. One invoice per organization, lines grouped by category, each recurring line written in the hours it ran — “Aug 16 – Aug 31 · 372 of 744 h”.

  • Cards, charged at once

Saved with Stripe — the card never touches our servers. The first saved card is charged when the invoice is made; if it fails, your other cards are tried, then again 3, 5, 7 days later. 3-D Secure works.

  • Unpaid means read-only

7 days after a payment first fails, the organization can read everything but not create anything. Paying lifts it at once. Nothing is deleted.

  • Spending alerts

Set a monthly budget and billing contacts are emailed at 80% and at 100%. An alert only tells you — it never stops anything.

  • Enterprise, by contract

A monthly amount billed like a resource, monthly AI credits, and invoice billing by bank transfer — due in 14 days.

  • Receipts and every invoice

Receipts are emailed; every invoice has its own page with print or save as PDF. Usage shows the month so far from the same lines.

/faq

Billing, answered plainly.

Something else? Write to [email protected] or use the contact page — a person answers.

Why don’t you list server prices here?

Every size has its own price, set by us and shown on the create screen before you order — the same place you choose the location and operating system. What we can promise here is how it is charged: by the hour, never more than the monthly price.

What does “charged by the hour” mean exactly?

The hourly rate is the monthly price divided by 672. A server that runs 40 hours pays for 40 hours; one that runs all of February or all of March pays exactly its monthly price — never more.

Is there really no price per seat?

None. Invite your team — the Free plan takes up to 10 members, Enterprise has no limit. You pay for what runs.

Do AI credits expire?

Credits you buy don’t. New organizations get $5 of welcome credits. Enterprise contracts can include monthly credits, which are replaced each month.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your other saved cards are tried at once, then again 3, 5, 7 days later, and billing contacts are told. After 7 days unpaid the organization can still read everything but can’t create anything until it pays. Nothing is deleted.

Can I pay by invoice?

On Enterprise, yes: invoices are sent rather than charged and are due in 14 days, by bank transfer.

Do you charge tax?

Where tax applies, it is added to the invoice as a line of its own, so you always see the amount before tax.
